Android Outlook App Signature

It's easy to set up an email signature in the Outlook app on your Android device. 

Here's how:

1. Open the Outlook app and go to the Outlook icon. This is usually found in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Tap on your account. This will open a menu with options related to your account.
3. Tap Signature. This will take you to the signature settings.
4. Enter the text and links you want to use as your signature. Keep it concise and professional. You can include your name, title, company, website, and contact information.
5. Tap Done. Your signature will now appear at the bottom of all outgoing emails from Outlook on your Android device.

Important Notes:

• Text-based signatures: The Outlook app for Android currently only supports text-based signatures. You cannot include images or HTML in your signature.
• Consistency: This signature will only apply to emails sent from the Outlook app on your Android device. If you use Outlook on other devices (like your computer or the web), you'll need to set up separate signatures for those.

You are welcome to cut and paste the signature below that aligns with your job.  There are 3 signature logo files attached to this document for your download to use in your signature (HIV Alliance, Alliance for Community Wellness and Oak Program for Housing.  If you're unsure which one you should use, ask your Manager.
