SimpleText - Alert System for Employees

    Alert System for our employees here at the HIV Alliance.

    It is a simple texting system that allows us to send alerts to employees of a single office or to all employees.

    Instructions follow:

    To enroll into our Weather/Emergency Alert System, please follow the instructions below: 

    If you have an Agency Cell Phone this is mandatory, not optional, please do it now. ?

        ○ From your Agency or Personal cell phone… 

            Simply send a Keyword text to 541 394 6575. 

        ○ The Keywords are as follows.

            If you work in Eugene, the Keyword is eugene 

            If you work in Grants Pass, the Keyword is grantspass 

            If you work in Medford, the Keyword is medford 

            If you work in Roseburg, the Keyword is roseburg 

            If you work in Salem, the Keyword is salem

            If you work in Hillsboro, the Keyword is hillsboro

            If you work in Coos Bay, the Keyword is coosbay  

            If you work in Maxwell, the Keyword is maxwell

            There are others and more can be made as needed, just ask 

        ○ Follow all 3 reply text message instructions.

            Please reply with your First Name 

            Please reply with your Last Name 

            Please reply with your Agency email address

            You then will receive a Thank you text 

   That’s it, you are now part of our new Weather/Emergency Alert System.
