To remove call forwarding in Intermedia Unite, you can use the Desktop App, the Mobile App, or your desk phone. Here are the steps for each method:
Using the Desktop App
- Click on your Avatar (profile icon) in the bottom-left corner.
- Select Settings.
- Navigate to Calling or Call Forwarding (depending on your version).
- Locate the Forward my calls to toggle and switch it to Off.
- You can also clear any specific numbers or extensions previously entered in the forwarding field.
Using the Mobile App
- Tap your Avatar in the top-left corner.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Calling.
- Tap Call Forwarding.
- Toggle the switch to Off.
Using a Desk Phone (Star Codes)
If you are at your physical desk phone, you can use shortcut codes to quickly disable forwarding:
- Deactivate All Forwarding: Dial *73.
- You should hear a confirmation tone or a brief message indicating that forwarding has been disabled.

- Sync Issues: If you've turned off forwarding in the app, but the phone is still forwarding, try a quick restart of the desk phone or sign out/sign back into the Unite app.
