Scan a document to a stored email address - Konica Minolta

1. Make sure the email address is stored:

• Check the Address Book: The email address you want to scan to must be stored in the Konica Minolta's address book.
• Adding an Email Address (if needed): 
  • Go to the machine's control panel.
  • Look for options like "Address Book," "Store Address," "Registration," or similar.
  • Select "New Registration" or "Add Contact."
  • Choose "Email" as the contact type.
